Returns & Exchanges


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and/or exchanges on items or gift cards.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

A refund shall only be provided upon evaluation and determination that a mistake was made on behalf of DBA LadyLeoAMR.  Refunds are not provided for damaged items due to mishandling of the shipping process or via any other means not attributed to DBA LadyLeoAMR. Should your purchased items (Package) be returned to DBA LadyLeoAMR, due to being unclaimed, a refund will not be provided.  However, should you request to have the items resent to the address provided, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.  If a purchase was made in error and the product was not fulfilled, a refund will be guaranteed upon request.
