Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:  All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Pre-Order dates are displayed on product page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Should your purchased items (Package) be returned to DBA LadyleoASMR, due to being unclaimed, a refund will not be provided.  However, should you request to have the items resent to the address provided, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
